“Your lifestyle – how you live, eat, emote, and think – determine your health. To prevent disease, you may have to change how you live.“

~Brian Carter

Integrated Personal Approach

Using a wide array of traditional and alternative healing approaches, The Center for Holistic Healing works with a broad range of patients, many of whom are suffering from nutritional and stress-related illness. The Center for Human Holistics™ addresses and balances both physical and mental health needs of patients of all ages, adjusting to different developmental stages as necessary, and – always – working with each patient’s unique strengths to support their healing.

We place heavy emphasis on the initial consultation process, taking great care to assess and fully explore all aspects of a patient’s needs before developing a holistic plan that responds to the needs of the whole person. A comprehensive lifestyle assessment is an important part of this evaluation process.

Integrated plans might include:

  • Mind-body medicine
  • Lifestyle medicine

  • Stress management techniques including heart rate variability, biofeedback and meditation
  • Counseling to support life transitions
  • Health Counseling for disease management and health promotion
  • Psychotherapy – individual and family
  • Laboratory assessment
